Leycia Eclipse was originally a 2-piece band, a vocalist/lyricist joined by a songwriter/guitar player from the Midwest. The founding members played live, local shows together for 4 years and recorded two self-published albums under the name Leycia Eclipse.

Beginning in the autumn of 2022 with the addition of a dynamic bass player and drummer, the band began to evolve as it wrote a lot of new material and re-worked some fan favorites. The new rhythm section added a unique layer and sound that gave new breath and inspiration.  With all the positive changes and alterations they have made together through sound and overall composition, they are a new band with fresh song ideas and purpose.  This new band needs a new name. A name that is inspired by the original idea created four years earlier, a name that means change and growth.
